What began with a small home roaster in Lexington turned into a journey across oceans to the coffee highlands of Guatemala, where Jim discovered a slower, more soulful way to roast.

 

Together, Jesse and Jim brought that rhythm home, building Righteous Grounds Coffee Roasters on a belief that great coffee and good company and community share the same secret ingredient: time.
